Match a Franklin County request to the office and resource that handles it:
- Certified copies: order them from the clerk or court that holds the official file

For Superior Court records, contact the Franklin County Clerk at 1016 N 4th Ave, Suite B306, Pasco, WA 99301, or call 509-545-3525. The office is open Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to noon and 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. Franklin County District Court handles its records in Building B218 and can be reached at 509-545-3593. Pasco Municipal Court maintains city-court records in Building D and can be reached at 509-545-3491.
